Summit Surety was founded in 2025 as a bond-only agency on a mission to serve contractors, developers, and other business owners. We represent dozens of A-rated carriers, ensuring we have the right surety market for the right surety bond needs. From tough-to-place bonds that require creative solutions to standard surety bond programs enjoyed by the more experienced contractors, we strive to find a solution for your company’s needs. We write bonds in over 11 states, with plans for expansion. We believe bonding requires expertise unique to the surety industry, which is why Summit Surety sells no products other than surety.
