In 2025, Ryan Tash established Summit Surety after an impressive 18-year career in the surety industry. He is dedicated to fostering enduring relationships with his clients while delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to the construction sector.
Outside of his professional commitments, Ryan enjoys pursuing his passions, including spending quality time with his family, playing golf and pickleball, and skiing during the winter months.
He is happily married to Shannon Tash and is a proud father to his son, Peyton, and daughter, Lily. Their family is completed by two golden retrievers, Archie and Zephy, who are cherished companions.
Shannon Tash is the Operations Coordinator for Summit Surety. New to the surety industry, Shannon jumped in with both feet to help launch Summit Surety. Shannon does it all from preparing and executing bonds, to interfacing with clients, to carrier relationship management.
Shannon loves to donate time to the kids schools, spending time in the mountains, and riding horses any chance she gets.
She is married to Ryan Tash and proud mother of her pride and joy, her kids Peyton and Lily. A lifelong animal lover, Shannon is mom to the best golden retrievers, Archie and Zephy.
